The payment schedule consists of six installments, as follows:

First Payment: 25% of the total sale price. This initial payment is the first advance payment for the apartment. 

Second Payment: 20% of the total sale price. This payment is scheduled at the completion of the foundation of the work.

Third Payment: 25% of the total sale price.  This payment is scheduled at the completion of the structural work of the apartment.
